Spook-a-diddly!

Librarian, Joanne Mikasa, turns her media center into a spooky place for kids and parents to visit on All Hallows Eve. The Haunted House is a fundraiser that garners hundreds of dollars, allowing  Joanne to purchase additional books and supplies for her library in Vineland, Colorado. I asked Joanne which room she is stationed in. There are several rooms to this haunted house! Her reply was, “Oh no, I don’t even go in — it’s way too scary!”

What fun! And what a great idea! Our old Carnegie building would be a good setting for a haunted house. Can you give some pointers on how to set up a scary scene?
    Thanks!

Buy 10 ft x 25 ft black plastic sheeting from Wal-mart for your fake walls! Hang them from hooks on your drop ceilings–Re-inforce the holes in the plastic sheeting with Duck Tape! You can reuse the plastic sheeting over and over again! They are just $4.99. I use about 5. I’ve had them for 9 years now! You can cut in your walk ways too! I love them! I have so many other ideas call me and we can talk about it! 719-948-0180!
We make from $400.00 up to $600.00 on the “Haunted Library!”
